We process the following data from contracting parties (e.g., newsletter members, golf tournament participants, golfers, participants at events organized by Quinta da Ombria S.A): first and last name, email address, date of birth, contact phone number, country of residence, property type preferences, and information about your sporting activities, particularly golf.

Newsletter Data Processing

If you choose to subscribe to our newsletter, we will process the data you enter in our form (online or printed) as follows:

A newsletter subscription to receive all our communications and exclusive offers requires the consent of Quinta da Ombria S.A to send you offers, information, advertising, invitations to tournaments and special events, as well as promotions from Quinta da Ombria S.A partners via email.

To complete your registration in our database, we require your first and last name and a valid email address or additional confirmation that you are the intended recipient of the correspondence sent to you, your date of birth, contact phone number, country of residence, property type preferences, and information about your sporting activities, particularly golf. We will send a confirmation email with a link to the entered email address (double opt-in). Only after clicking this link will the registration be completed.

You will only receive communications if you give your consent. We will retain the data based on your consent until you revoke it. Consent will be renewed approximately every 2 years through a confirmation email. If you do not respond by requesting data deletion, your data will remain in our database as per our privacy policy terms.

The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in providing customers with a personalized service.

If you no longer wish to receive emails, you may revoke your consent at any time by sending an email to sales@ombria.com. When you cancel your subscription, we will immediately delete your personal data processed for this purpose.

When you join our newsletter, you enter into a contract with us, receiving all our communication in exchange for processing your data. Thus, processing your data is necessary for contract performance. The personal data processed for this purpose will be retained for the duration of the contractual relationship, unless a longer retention period applies due to legal obligations.
